Born from HR greats this SaaS company are taking the world by storm. As the team expands they are a seeking a Customer Success Specialist to join them as they launch into new international markets. They are passionate about serving the Hospitality, Retail, Aged Care & Transport industries in an innovative and productive manner

As Customer Success Manager you will work to build strong relationships with customers through successful customer on-boarding, customer support, training and provide support to the product team. On a day to day basis you’ll need to:

Coordinating the implementation of software for new customers
Assist in the setup of software for new customers
Provide training and support for new and existing customers
Liaise with Product Management Team regarding customer feedback, including ideas for new features and product enhancements.

To be successful in this role you’ll need to be a natural relationship builder, you’ll be service orientated and committed to meeting (and exceeding where possible) customer expectations and agreed outcomes. You’ll be the voice of the customer and work hard to ensure their needs are met.

To be successful in the role you’ll need:

  • At least 3 years of software industry experience (SAAS experience is essential!)
  • Experience working with CRM platforms such as HubSpot or SalesForce
  • Highly organised, with project management skill set and experience
  • Experience in delivering training and demonstrations
  • A background in implementing software
  • An effective communicator, with a natural ability to build rapport and relationships
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment with frequent change
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel (preferred)
  • Be happy to work in a start-up environment
  • An open driver’s licence and ability to travel
