What is a recruiter and how can we help you?
If you asked me a year ago what a recruiter was, I wouldn’t have been able to tell you. Fast forward to now, I’ve been on two sides of the recruitment process, both as a candidate and now, as a technical recruiter for Digital Talent Co.
Over the last three months I have had the pleasure of getting to know hundreds of digital professionals, from account managers, to customer journey specialists and software developers. During conversations with these candidates I often ask the question “Have you ever worked with a recruiter before?” To my surprise, 65% of people generally say no, or they may have heard of the concept but don’t fully understand what we do, or how we can help them.

Step 2: Booking in a meeting so we can fully understand your needs and the type of candidate you are looking for
Step 3: The search begins! This includes going out to our already established network, head hunting and putting up job ads on our website – a go-to resource for many digital job seekers.
Step 4: We conduct internal interviews. Our team goes to great lengths to make sure the candidates we are interviewing fit the brief perfectly before we send them across to you
Step 5: Time to pitch you our top candidates for the job. From here you either interview your choice of candidates, or choose to give us feedback.
Step 6: We organise your interviews for you, setting times, sending a detailed brief to the candidate and checking in every step of the way.
Step 7: The final step – PLACEMENTS! Here we help organise your contracts and lock in start dates.

Step 2: From here we will get into contact with you and have a 15 minute phone call to discuss your skills and individuals goals for your next job – what is it that you are looking for? What are your strengths? What type of team do you best fit into?
Step 3: If we have a role that we think is suitable to your skillset, we will then invite you into our offices or meet you at a cafe for a catch-up. This 30-45minute meeting will dive into more of the projects you’ve completed and key achievements of the past.
Step 4: After meeting with you and learning about all your fabulous achievements, we will pitch you across to any of our clients that are currently hiring in your area of expertise.
Step 5: If they would like to meet you, we organise your interview for you. Setting up times, sending you a detailed brief and are there as your trusted advisor every step of the way!
Step 6: Next step – AN OFFER! If the job is a match we help organise your contracts and lock in start dates.
Step 7: After you are placed in your new job our communication doesn’t stop – we will still check in and see how you are travelling at your new gig!
